Picked up a couple more goodies for the curebox today, a thermometer with an external lead to stick inside the oven, and a cheapo box fan to aid in circulation, so there are no hotspots.
My daughter Melody and I spent the evening out in the garage cutting foam, The whole thing is held together by ducktape and #2 pencils. Still have to get a couple of things, First off a couple sheets of pink foam to insulate the floor, and a Halogen work light to quickly get the oven up to temp. ( I plan to take the Halogen out of line as soon as the temp is up and let the 100watt lights do the rest of the work, for fire safety reasons).
And so here's where its at, should be ready to cook soon.
