sorry

I have some new stuff going on with the build, but have been so busy with other things that I have let the blog slide a little. The original foredeck I pulled had some issues with the nomex, so I set it aside and started a new one that I plan to finish this weekend, and I have tried 2 different crew decks that I layed up with the aluminized glass, but I'm not that happy with the weight the glass adds, so I might pull one more all carbon one this weekend. I guess its the curse of doing class A prepreg parts, wet layup just leaves me a bit empty.....every time I lay something up I find something in my process I would rather do to make things better, I hate that about myself. I might hold off on the new crew deck layup for one more week because I'm trying to get my hands on this new hybrid material that will be better than anything comercially available right now as far as weight/stuffness/impact goes. The parts I have would work or could be fixed, but everyone knows my problems with OCD. If anyone wants to throw a hull together (Sarge?) I'll keep these extras laying around for a while. I'll get some new pics up soon, but I'm wooped right now and going to bed.
