hey Sam its coming along! looks great. nice and straight, its going to be a bloody artwork! Got back from europe and i've just CNC-d some new rudder foil tools for the moth, scaled down to .047m2 - roughly half the area of the cb. I based that on a prowler rudder i had a chance to measure. I reckon your rudder should be about right given the boat is a bit larger and you want a bit more pitch stability. anyway, been testing the main foil and Im pretty happy with it overall. it seems to take off in the same breeze as the good boats, given the right AOA, which appears to be quite close to how it's been modeled. Its really stable with the large flap and hasn't launched on me at all thus far. I seem to be nearly on the pace with the boats around here, despite my shit rig and shit rudder. so anyway, im confident that those foils will be a pretty good baseline design for your boat. Im keen to see what you think of them when you get sailing. keep the updates coming! nick
